Flare officially launched in observation mode on July 13, 2022.
When Flare exited observation mode 15% of the Flare (FLR) tokens were airdropped to those that registered their XRP address for the airdrop. How is Exodus handling the Flare Network airdrop?
If you held XRP inside your Exodus wallet during the snapshot and registered your XRP address before June 12, 2021, you’ll be eligible to receive the FLR airdrop.
Because you are in complete control of your Exodus wallet, you always have access to 100% of your funds. So even if Exodus does not support the Flare token, you will still be able to access your FLR tokens by locating your Flare (FLR) private key and importing it into a wallet that supports the airdrop.
Please be very careful with your 12-word secret recovery phrase and private keys, because they control access to your funds. Never share them with anyone, and only import them into platforms that you trust 100%. If you choose to import your secret recovery phrase or private keys into a third-party platform, you do so at your own risk.
