Now you can buy crypto using Ramp directly in Qadirah! Your Qadirah wallet connects to Ramp so that you can buy crypto quickly with your credit or debit card.

Which cryptocurrencies are available for purchase through Ramp?
You can purchase these cryptocurrencies using Ramp:

Mobile
In Qadirah Mobile, tap the Buy & Sell Crypto icon.
Tap Buy Crypto.
Selling is currently unavailable with Ramp, but it is available with MoonPay. To learn more about selling crypto with MoonPay, visit: How do I sell crypto using MoonPay in Qadirah?
Next, select your payment method. Tap either a) Bank Transfer ($10,000 limit), b) Debit Card ($5,000 limit), or c) Apple Pay ($5,000 limit).
On the Buy Crypto screen, a) select the currency you want to use, b) enter the amount you would like to purchase, then c) select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase and d) choose your desired third-party fiat API provider (if available). When ready, e) tap Continue.

Your default web browser will open a page with your order. Tap Proceed.
Enter your email address, tap the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service, then tap Proceed.
On the Enter your wallet address screen, the address for the cryptocurrency you're purchasing should automatically populate from your Qadirah wallet. Confirm that the address is correct and then tap Proceed.
Select the Card payment method, then tap Proceed.
Enter your billing information and then tap Save Billing Address.
Enter your card details and then tap Add Card.
Review your order details on the Order summary screen. Make sure the amount, your BTC address, and your payment method are correct. When ready, tap Buy Now.
You will then be prompted to verify your identity. All customers regardless of the amount spent are required to provide basic identifying information, including full legal name. Tap Verify with ID to continue.
You will be prompted to continue the verification on your phone. Scan the QR code to continue.
Tap Start.
Prepare for verification by positioning yourself in good lighting and having a passport, national ID card, or driver's license ready. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then tap Continue.
Continue through the remaining steps until you have completed the verification process.
Once done, you'll reach the Complete your transaction screen which will inform you that your verification is complete. Tap Complete payment to complete your order.
And that's it! Your crypto should generally arrive between 5-20 minutes depending on network traffic.

Desktop
In Qadirah Desktop, click the Buy Crypto icon.
On the Buy Crypto screen, a) select the currency you want to use, b) select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase, then c) enter the amount you would like to purchase. When ready, d) click Continue.
Your default web browser will open a page with your order. Click Proceed.
If you’re taken to MoonPay’s website instead of Ramp’s, then MoonPay is currently the only option in your region. For further instructions, please see our guide: How do I buy crypto using MoonPay in Qadirah?

You will reach a screen informing you that your information is being processed. This may take up to 15 minutes to verify. You'll receive an email once the verification has cleared.
Check your inbox for an email with the subject line, You've been verified, you can now complete your transaction. Open it and click Complete payment.

In Qadirah Web3 Wallet, you can purchase tokens on Ethereum, Solana, and other supported networks.
In Qadirah Web3 Wallet, click the Buy & Sell Crypto icon.
On the Buy & Sell screen, select a) Buy and b) enter the amount you want to purchase, then c) select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.

Next, a) choose your desired payment method and b) third-party fiat API provider (if available). When you're ready, c) click Continue.

Your browser will open a page with your order. Click Proceed.

What payment types can I use with Ramp?
Ramp accepts several forms of payment depending on where you’re located.
- Credit or debit card—available globally.
Ramp supports Mastercard and Visa.
- Apple Pay—available globally.
- Bank transfer—available in select non-US countries. You can find detailed information on Ramp’s website here.

How do I select a third-party fiat API provider?
In Qadirah, you can buy crypto with either Ramp, MoonPay, or Sardine, depending on your region and local crypto regulations.
In some cases, you have the option to select a third-party fiat API provider.
You will see the option to choose your third-party fiat API provider if:
- The best price is available through the other provider, but you haven’t completed KYC with them.
- You haven’t completed KYC with either provider.
You won’t see the option to choose your third-party fiat API provider if:
- You have KYC’d with all providers. In this case, you’ll only see the provider with the best rate.
- You have completed KYC with the provider that has the best rate.
You can follow the below steps to choose between Ramp, MoonPay, or Sardine if the option is available.
Selecting a payment provider is available in Qadirah Mobile and Web3 Wallet.
Mobile
If you have the option to select a third-party fiat API provider, you will see an arrow next to the rate and provider name. Tap it to change the third-party fiat API provider.
From here, you are able to choose between Ramp and MoonPay, or Sardine if available.

Web3 Wallet
If you have the option to select a third-party fiat API provider, then the provider name will be highlighted. Click it to change the third-party fiat API provider.
From here, you are able to choose between Ramp, MoonPay, or Sardine if available.

What are the fees for buying crypto with Ramp?
When making a purchase through Ramp, any fees you pay will always be included in the total amount shown on the purchase screen. Rest assured, what you see is what you get!
Ramp also includes a network processing fee to cover blockchain transaction costs. This fee profits the miners/validators of that blockchain, not Ramp. You can read more about how network transaction fees work in our article on the subject.
If you choose to pay $100 USD, that is all you will be charged. No additional fees will be tacked on down the line.
Here’s how to see the fees for your order
After your order opens in your browser, tap on Details.
In Details, you can review the fees for your order.
Fees may change in response to market conditions.
How do I find my Ramp order ID?
If you have a question about your purchase and need to reach out to Ramp’s support team, you can give them your order ID to help them help you faster. Here’s how to find it.
After completing your order, you should receive an email with the subject line Transaction Completed. Open that email, then tap Transaction Receipt.
Your order ID will be in the top left corner.
Currently, it is not possible to see your Ramp order history inside Qadirah.
Why isn’t my order going through?
Generally, your crypto should arrive between 5-20 minutes.
However, some factors could prevent a payment from going through, which may prevent your crypto from arriving.
Ensure your payment was completed
The first thing you should do is ensure that your payment wasn’t rejected for any reason.
- At the end of the transaction process, you should have received a link to the transaction summary. This will also provide you with a status that may indicate if your payment was rejected.
- If your payment was rejected, you may need to contact your bank.
Ensure your Qadirah wallet is syncing to the blockchain
If your payment went through, it’s been longer than 5-20 minutes, and you still haven’t received your crypto, you will want to ensure that your Qadirah wallet is syncing properly to the blockchain.

What are the KYC limits for using Ramp?
Ramp has provided these limits for reference, which describe the most common actions that require KYC clearance.
Global card limits (excluding the US)
- All customers are required to provide basic identifying information, including full legal name.
- If you wish to spend over €100 in 24 hours, you will need to verify by connecting to your bank via API if your bank does not support connections via API you may verify by providing an identification document or proof of address.
- If you wish to spend more than €200 in 24 hours or €2,000 in 31 days, you will need to perform additional verification steps, including providing an identification document or proof of address.
- If you wish to spend more than €5,000 in 24 hours or €20,000 in 31 days, you will need to provide an identification document and proof of address, and may also be asked about your source of income.
Global transfer limits (excluding the US)
- All customers are required to provide basic identifying information, including full legal name.
- If you wish to spend over €250 per transaction, you will need to verify by connecting to your bank via API if your bank does not support connections via API you may verify by providing an identification document or proof of address.
- If you wish to spend more than €750 in 24 hours or €5,000 in 31 days, you will need to perform additional verification steps, including providing an identification document or proof of address.
- If you wish to spend more than €10,000 in 24 hours or €20,000 in 31 days, you will need to provide an identification document, proof of address, and may also be asked about your source of income.
US card limits
- All customers are required to provide an identification document.
- If you wish to spend more than $3,000 in 24 hours or $20,000 in 31 days, you will need to provide an identification document and proof of address.
- If you wish to spend more than $20,000 in 24 hours, you will need to provide an identification document, proof of address, and may also be asked about your source of income.
