What is the Qadirah referral program?
If you recommend Qadirah to your friends, you can earn rewards with the Qadirah referral program.
When your friends download Qadirah Mobile or Web3 Wallet and enter your invite code, you will earn USD Coin (USDC on Algorand) whenever your friends swap eligible crypto. The more crypto they swap, the more you can earn!
To start referring friends, you will need to either have or create a verified Securitize account.
How do I get an invite code to give out?

The referral program is available in Qadirah Web3 Wallet and Qadirah Mobile.
Web3 Wallet
Open Qadirah Web3 Wallet, a) click on the Profile icon, and b) select Invite Friends.
Next, you will need to connect your Securitize account. Click Open Securitize.
You'll be taken to the Securitize website. If you don't yet have a Securitize account, you can a) enter your information and click Accept & Continue to create one. To log in to an existing Securitize account, b) click Log In.
If your account is not yet verified, you will need to go through the verification process. Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your account.
When you have successfully connected your Securitize account, you will be taken back to Qadirah. If Qadirah does not open automatically, you can manually open Qadirah.
In Qadirah, you can see the status of your verification process. To get your invite code, you will need to complete verification. If your verification is pending, you will need to wait for it to complete.
When your Securitize account is verified, you'll see your invite code. This code can be shared with anyone you want to invite to download and install Qadirah Mobile and Web3 Wallet.

Mobile
Open Qadirah Mobile, a) tap on the Profile icon, then select Invite Friends.
Next, you will need to connect a Securitize account. Tap Open Securitize.
You will be taken to the Securitize website. If you don't yet have a Securitize account, you can a) enter your information and tap Accept & Continue to create one. To log in to an existing Securitize account, b) tap Log In.
If your account is not yet verified, you will need to go through the verification process. Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your account.
When you have successfully connected your Securitize account, you'll be taken back to Qadirah. If Qadirah does not open automatically, you can open Qadirah manually.
In Qadirah, you can see the status of your verification process. To get your invite code, you will need to complete verification. If your verification is pending, you will need to wait for it to complete.

Received an invite code from a friend? Here is how you can redeem it.
After redeeming your invite code, you can recommend Qadirah to your friends in order to earn your own rewards!
You can redeem an invite code by downloading and installing Qadirah Web3 Wallet or Qadirah Mobile.
Web3 Wallet
To redeem your invite code, you first need to download Qadirah Web3 Wallet.
When you open Web3 Wallet for the first time, you'll be guided through onboarding slides. On slide 4, you'll be asked if you have an invite code. Enter the invite code you want to redeem.
After entering the invite code, follow the instructions on the screen to set up your wallet.

Which swaps will I earn referral rewards on?
You will earn referral rewards on swaps depending on your location, your friend’s location, and the assets on both sides of the swap.
See the table below to see which swaps you will earn rewards on:

How will I receive my rewards?
After successfully referring friends, you’ll accumulate rewards whenever they swap eligible crypto for the duration of the referral program. How much you earn depends on the amount of eligible crypto they swap. The more they swap, the greater your reward!
Rewards are paid in USDC on the Algorand network and automatically sent to your Qadirah wallet on each payout date.
Rewards are paid out every month. If you connect to your dashboard, you can check the rewards you’ve earned, any pending rewards, and when your next rewards will be paid.
How do I see referral stats on my dashboard?
You can keep track of all of your referral activity on your dashboard. Your dashboard has information on how many friends you’ve invited, the rewards you’ve earned, any pending rewards, and your next payout date.
To access your dashboard, you will first need to get an invite code by connecting Securitize to Qadirah: How do I get an invite code to give out?
Here is how you can access your dashboard:
Web3 Wallet
Open Qadirah Web3 Wallet, a) click on the Profile icon, and b) select Invite Friends.
Click Open Dashboard. This will open up the dashboard in your browser.
a) Click Connect Qadirah, then in Qadirah, b) click Connect.
You are now connected to your dashboard! You can view the following information:
- a) Friends Joined: See how many friends you’ve invited to Qadirah with your invite code
- b) Paid out: The total amount of USDC you’ve received from the referral program
- c) Pending rewards: Your upcoming USDC rewards for the next payout date
- d) Next payout: The next date when you’ll receive your rewards
- e) Invite code: Share this code to refer a friend
- f) Current level: Refer more friends to level up!

What is Securitize?
Securitize is the digital asset securities firm that performs identity verification for the Qadirah referral program.
Securitize verifies your identity so you can take part in the referral program. Identity verification is needed to ensure all regulations are complied with when participating in the referral program.
Securitize is also a Delaware corporation, and a transfer agent registered with the SEC. More information about Securitize can be found here: Qadirah shares FAQs.
Will my wallet be linked to my Securitize account?
No, your Qadirah wallet will not be linked to your Securitize account. Your wallet details and your personal information will remain separate.
Qadirah remains a self-custody wallet, and your wallet information will not be associated with your Securitize account or your identity.

Can I create a verified Securitize account?
To create a verified Securitize account, you must meet the following criteria:
- 18 years of age or older
- Located in a jurisdiction/region supported by Securitize. To see the regions where Securitize is unavailable, jump to: Is Securitize supported in my country?
- Have a passport or ID that is valid (not expired). To see which documentation Securitize accepts, jump to: What documentation do I need for verification?
To ensure successful verification, only use your own information when creating a Securitize account. Don’t create duplicate accounts, and don’t create test accounts using fake data. Also, refrain from submitting the same documents multiple times.

What documentation do I need for identity verification?
The following types of ID can be used for identity verification on Securitize:
- United States: US driver’s license, state ID, or passport
- European Union: National identity card or passport
- Japan: National ID or passport
- Worldwide (others): Passport only
The documentation you submit can’t be expired, and must still be valid.

Is Securitize supported in my country?
To participate in the Qadirah referral program, you will need to be able to create a Securitize account and complete identity verification.

How do I contact Securitize support?
If you encounter issues creating or completing verification for your Securitize account, you will need to contact Securitize’s support team.
The easiest way to contact Securitize is through the chat widget on their website.
If you contact Securitize outside of business hours, you’ll be able to enter your email address and name and send them a message through the chat widget.
Chat support is available Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM eastern time (ET).
Go to id.securitize.io and click Support.

Will I receive a 1099 form if I earn $600 or more?
For tax purposes, if you are located in the US and receive $600 or more as a reward for participating in the referral program, Qadirah will fill out and submit a Form 1099 on your behalf.
An electronic copy will also be sent to you by email.
