How do I get started with Trezor and Monero in Exodus?
Monero (XMR) is only supported in Trezor Model T.
To start using Monero with your Trezor Model T in Exodus, you will need to ensure your Trezor has been set up. You can follow this guide for help in setting up your Trezor. Next, connect your Trezor Model T to Exodus using the Trezor USB cable.
When you are pairing your Trezor Model T with Exodus, you will be asked to confirm that you want to export your watch-only credentials. To continue, tap the green checkmark on the Trezor touchscreen.
Monero is a privacy crypto, so blockchain data (like the XMR balance at your address) is not publicly viewable. For Exodus to read and show the Monero balance held in your Trezor, Exodus will need the private view key, which you enable by exporting your watch-only credentials. You can now switch to your Trezor Monero portfolio to send, receive, and exchange Monero. Your Trezor Monero wallet will have the label Hardware Wallet.
After connecting to your Trezor Monero wallet for the first time, Exodus will remember your Trezor Monero wallet, so you can always view the Monero balance even when the Trezor is not connected. In the future, you will not be asked to export watch-only credentials unless you delete your Trezor portfolio.

Click Sync to start syncing your wallet and enable auto-sync. This feature will need to be enabled for your Monero wallet to sync to the blockchain.

Is sending or exchanging Monero different with the Exodus and Trezor integration?
Sending Monero from your Trezor is very similar to sending other crypto. The major difference is that sending Monero from your Trezor will prompt you to export the transaction key. You can learn more here: What are the different Monero key types?
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to send Monero from your Trezor.
When you send or exchange Monero using your Trezor portfolio, you will be prompted to confirm the transaction on your Trezor Model T.
On your Trezor Model T, you will be asked to confirm the sending address. Make sure that the receive address is correct, then to confirm you want to send XMR, click the green checkmark.
Next, review the transaction fee. To send the transaction, tap and hold the Hold to confirm button on your Trezor screen.
Finally, you will be asked to export your transaction key ( tx_key). The transaction key is used to prove that a transaction was made on the Monero blockchain. Confirm by tapping the green checkmark on your Trezor.

Can I use multiple addresses with the Exodus Trezor integration?
Monero subaddresses allow you to receive Monero to a different address each time. At the moment, you can’t use multiple addresses in your Trezor portfolio. However, you can still use multiple addresses in your Exodus portfolio.

Can I view my Monero balance from Exodus Mobile?
Currently, it is not possible to view your Monero (XMR) balance from Exodus Mobile. You can view all your other Trezor assets on Mobile.

Can I use a Monero custom node with Exodus and Trezor integration?
Yes, you can use a custom node with your Trezor Monero wallet.
Currently, it is not possible to use separate custom nodes for your Exodus and Trezor Monero portfolios. If you change your custom node for your Trezor Monero portfolio this will automatically also change the custom node used by your Exodus Monero portfolio.

Additionally, you can’t set a block height in your Trezor Monero wallet that is different from the block height in your Exodus Monero wallet.
